Terms of service
Last updated 7 October 2026
This is a summary. The legally binding version is the full Estonian text: Kasutustingimused
General
These terms apply when ordering services from Trendlabs OÜ (trading as TrendLab), together with the quote or contract sent to the client. The client accepts the terms by confirming the order or paying the invoice.
Prices
Prices are listed on the pricing page. Ad spend is not included and is paid by the client directly to the ad platform. Price list rates apply to ad budgets of up to €2,000 a month; above that the management fee is 15% of the budget.
Deadlines and revisions
Deadlines start once the client has provided the required materials and information. Packages include 1–2 revision rounds; extra revisions cost €45 per hour. Rush jobs (under 48 hours) are +30%.
Prepayment and withdrawal
Work starts once the prepayment is received. Consumers (private individuals) may withdraw from the contract within 14 days; if work has already started at their request, they pay a proportionate part of the service provided. For business clients the prepayment is non-refundable unless the contract says otherwise.
Copyright
Economic rights to the materials we create pass to the client once paid in full. Fonts, music, stock and other licensed assets are used under their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
AI-generated content
Some materials are created with AI tools; such content may not attract copyright — once paid in full, we transfer to the client all rights we hold in it. If an avatar or video uses the face or voice of a real person, the client warrants that person’s written consent. Labelling AI-generated content when publishing (EU Regulation 2024/1689, Art. 50) is the client’s responsibility.
Websites and accounts
Domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, analytics and business accounts are registered in the client’s name and belong to the client. Legal texts on the client’s website are drafted to general requirements; the client approves them before publication and is responsible for their fit with its business. Search rankings are not guaranteed.
Data processing on the client’s behalf
When we manage a client’s ad accounts, automations or website, we process the client’s customers’ personal data as a processor (GDPR Art. 28). The full data processing agreement is clause 9 of the Estonian version and applies without separate signature.
Training
Corporate training is additionally governed by the training rules and quality assurance principles published in the Training section.
