We teach your team to work with AI

We train employees to use AI tools in their daily work: the routine gets easier and the team gets more done. Choose modules from the catalogue or order an AI audit — we send a proposal within one business day.

AI won’t take people’s jobs. People who know how to use AI will.

What your company gets

A trained team

Every participant uses AI in their own tasks the next day, not “someday”.

An easier routine

Emails, copy, summaries and replies take half the time. In the sessions, each participant makes 2–3 of their recurring tasks easier with AI.

Prompt library and rules

Your own prompt library, AI usage rules and a person responsible for keeping them alive.

Results in numbers

At the end, the team calculates how many hours a week it now saves — for you and your management.

The modules a programme is built from

Each module is 3 hours (4 academic hours): four blocks, each with 10–15 minutes of explanation and the rest hands-on practice on your tasks. Individually or as a programme.

For everyone

  • Safety in 40 minutes: what you may upload, GDPR and the EU AI Act, company rules

  • Dialogue and your own prompt library: 10 prompts for your real tasks

For whom: A small business owner or manager, 1–3 people. Not a training but a structured conversation about your company: 2 hours, no laptops.

  • Live, on your own business: a reply to a customer review in a minute, a proposal from bullet points, a monthly content plan — what AI does and how fast
  • Where it fits in your company: tasks on two axes — how much it saves and how easy it is to implement; your first five tasks
  • What the leader is responsible for: EU AI Act Art. 4 (staff AI literacy is an obligation), GDPR and data, AI errors in decisions — three rules for your company
  • A one-page action plan: which three tasks we start with, who is responsible, which tools, who to train, how to check the result

Yes, for the full programme (50 academic hours): the employer grant covers up to 80% of the cost, up to €2,500 per employee over three years. Individual modules are not eligible. We help prepare the application documents.

If you know what your team needs, pick the modules and request a quote. If not, order an AI audit: in 2 hours we work out together where to start. Most companies start with Module 1 plus one module for their department.

At your office, at our venue on Uuslinna 11 in Tallinn, or online. The price is the same.

Yes. Module 1 is designed for people who haven’t used AI at work yet, and it comes first in every programme.

Not for most modules. For visuals, video, your own assistant and the website module you need at least one paid account per two participants.

We never use personal data or confidential documents in the training. In Module 1 we teach what may and may not be uploaded to AI.

The team names an AI champion who keeps the prompt library and rules alive. If questions come up later or you want to go further, write to us: a consultation or an extra module on request.
