Data controller
The controller of personal data is Trendlabs OÜ (registry code 14688106), Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: trendlab.est@gmail.com.
What we collect
Through the contact form or email: your name, email address and message. When providing services: billing details and the materials the client sends us.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, perform contracts and meet accounting obligations. The legal basis is entering into and performing a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
How long we keep it
Form data and correspondence are kept until our communication ends and then for up to 3 years. Accounting records are kept for the period required by the Estonian Accounting Act. Access to ad accounts is removed as soon as the contract ends.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell data. We use service providers that help us work (email, hosting, the Web3Forms form service, and WhatsApp or Telegram if you message us there) and share only what they need. Some providers (Google, Meta, Cloudflare) may process data in the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies. Statistics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) are enabled only with your consent via the notice on the site. Withdrawing consent is just as easy: use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page and choose “No”. You can also delete the site’s cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your data, restrict processing and object to it. Write to trendlab.est@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
