Business automation
Let machines do the repetitive work: leads, emails, reviews and reports move on their own. Your team focuses on what brings in money.
What can be automated
Anything you do the same way every day can most likely be automated. Simple things are handled by rules, complex ones by an AI agent.
Clients and leads
- Leads from your website, Meta and Google straight into your CRM or a sheet
- An instant reply to the client by email or WhatsApp
- Reminders and follow-ups until the client answers
- Booking confirmations and changes
Communication
- Email sorting and reply drafts in your tone
- Replies to Google, Booking and Facebook reviews
- An AI agent that answers common questions 24/7 and hands the hard ones to a person
- One reply in three languages
Documents and data
- Data from invoices and forms into a sheet or your accounting
- Quotes and contracts from templates
- Moving data between systems with no manual copying
- Summaries of long documents
Marketing
- Post drafts every week for approval
- Scheduling and publishing on several platforms
- An ad and sales report in your inbox every Monday
- Tracking new reviews and mentions
Teamwork
- Tasks and alerts to the right person
- Meeting minutes and tasks from a recording
- Calendars, bookings and shifts
- An onboarding assistant for new hires
Sales and service
- Lead pre-qualification: who is a real customer
- Booking a meeting straight into the calendar
- A quote draft from the client’s email
- Follow-up sales: an email after a purchase or visit
AI agents: not just a rule, an assistant
Ordinary automation always does the same thing: a lead arrives, it goes into a sheet. An AI agent reads, understands and decides within your rules: replies, asks for details, hands over to a person. Three examples.
Support agent
Answers questions about services, prices and times from your knowledge base. When it doesn’t know, it hands the conversation to a person with a summary.
- Before
- 2 hours a day answering the same questions
- After
- 20 minutes a day reviewing replies
Sales assistant
Reads an incoming lead, judges whether it’s your customer, sends the first reply and offers a meeting time. You only see a ready client.
- Before
- A lead waits for a reply until tomorrow
- After
- A reply in 2 minutes, a meeting in the calendar
Content agent
Every week it drafts 3–5 posts in your tone and sends them for approval. You press “publish” or edit.
- Before
- 4 hours a week writing posts
- After
- 30 minutes a week reviewing

- Data moves between your own accounts and stays yours. All accounts are in your name.
- Every action is logged: you can see what the agent did and why.

No. We use no-code tools and hand over the solution with a guide.
It can, like any new employee. That’s why we start with approval: the agent prepares the reply, a person confirms it. Once you’ve seen the results, you decide what to run fully automatically.
It depends on the task and the tools. After your request we send a written quote before doing anything.
Fixes are free for 30 days. After that you can order maintenance or fixes by agreement.
Data moves between your own accounts. We sign a data processing agreement and request only the access we need.
Describe your task
A couple of sentences is enough. We reply within one business day with an idea and a price.
